Safety measures
Read these instructions carefully before using
the unit. Keep this instruction during the whole
operation period.
Mishandling the unit can lead to its breakage
and cause harm to the user or damage to his/her
property.
Always observe the following main safety
measures when using electric units.
• Read this instruction manual carefully.
• Use the meat grinder according to its intended
purpose only.
• Make sure that the mains voltage corresponds
to the voltage specified on the unit body.
• In order to avoid fire do not use adapters for
connecting the unit to the mains.
• Use only the attachments supplied.
• To avoid risk of electric shock, never immerse
the unit, the power cord and the power plug
into water or other liquids.
• Use a damp cloth to clean the unit body.
• Always switch the meat grinder off and unplug
it before assembling, disassembling and
cleaning.
• Do not place the unit on a hot surface or near
it (i.e., near gas or electric stove or heated
oven).
• Handle the power cord carefully.
• Do not use the power cord for carrying the unit.
• Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a
table, and make sure it does not touch hot
surfaces.
• When unplugging the unit do not pull the
power cord. To unplug the unit always pull its
plug.
• Do not connect or disconnect the power cord
from the mains with wet hands, it may cause
electric shock.
• For child safety reasons do not leave
polyethylene bags, used as a packaging,
unattended.
• Attention!
Do not allow children to play
with polyethylene bags or film.
Danger of
suffocation!
• Do not allow children to use the unit as a toy.
• Do not leave the operating unit unattended;
be especially careful if children or disabled
persons are near the operating unit.
• This unit is not intended for usage by children
or disabled persons unless they are given all
the necessary and understandable instructions
by a person who is responsible for their safety
on safety measures and information about
danger that can be caused by improper usage
of the unit.
• Do not use the unit, if the power cord or the
plug is damaged, if the unit works improperly
or after it was damaged.
• Do not repair the unit by yourself; always apply
to the authorized service center.

MEAT GRINDER FEATURES
Reverse mode (REVERSE)
is used for removing
obstructions, appeared when food processing.
Food tray
provides convenient food layout
during processing.
Three grates with openings of different size
are intended for different degrees of grinding.
Special accessories
are used for sausages
and «kebbe» making.
ATTENTION!
• Make sure that the unit is switched off before
connecting it to the mains.
