Solution
Windows 98/2000 – For advanced users – To use a program that doesn’t support multi-
display systems, you can disable all displays other than your primary display:

Make sure the
DualHead disabled
option button is selected on the
DualHead
property
sheet. To access this property sheet,
see “Accessing PowerDesk property sheets”, page 6
.

Windows 2000 – Restart your computer in safe mode (
see “Restarting in safe mode”,
page 10
).

Right-click the
My Computer
icon on the Windows desktop background, then:

Click the plus sign to the left of the
Display adapters

For each display adapter, except for the one controlling your primary display:
Windows 98 – Double-click the name of a display
adapter to open a properties dialog box. Enable the
Disable in this hardware profile
check box, then
click
OK

Windows 2000 – Right-click the name of a display adapter, then click
Disable
