HVAC FILTER – CLEAN 

 

 

 

Open the Glove box assembly 

 

 

 

Remove the Glove box stay supports 

 

 

 

Remove the HVAC filter tray by opening the snap 

clips on both sides.  

 

 

 

Clean the Filter Element with air (If compressed 

air is used, ensure the pressure is low). If the filter 

tray found very dusty it can be cleaned using soap 

solution  and  water.  Dry it with help of low 

pressure air before refitting. 

 

Installation – 

 

Installation process is reverse to the removal. 

 

 

 

Clean mesh every 10000kms  

 

Check the entire system for leaks and recharge if required
