FUEL FILTER – REPLACE

Engine Compartment

•

Remove the ‘Water in Fuel Sensor’

connector

and

remove the sensor by rotating it in anti-

clockwise direction.

NOTE:

Water in Fuel Sensor is fitted at the bottom

of the Fuel Filter element and it can be accessed

from front right side wheel housing.

•

Remove the Fuel Filter Element

[1]

•

Fit a new fuel filter element and tighten it by

hand

[4]

•

Refit the “Water in fuel” sensor

[3]

•

Remove the fuel tank cap

•

Switch the Ignition to ‘ON’ position

•

Bleed the system using hand primer and bleed

screw on the banjo.

•

Bleed the fuel system by operating the priming pump several times until you feel more

resistance. The engine may take longer to start

Always replace with genuine fuel filter assembly.
