Disconnect the stimulator-pod lead from the pre-

amplifier.

Reconnect the stimulator-pod, if the error remains

contact your service provider. Contact details can be

found on page ii.

Switch the nerve monitor off using the mains power

switch on the rear of the base, wait 30 seconds and

switch the nerve monitor back on.

Wait for the nerve monitor to perform the connection

& audio test. If the error returns contact your service

provider. Contact details can be found on page ii.
