• Press the event note box.

• Pressing the event note box again to exit.
• Once the required changes are made, press to exit the report screen.
c. Manage Reports
View previously recorded procedure reports via the Procedural report screen ("Figure
4.11. Procedural report screen" on page 58).
Reports can only be edited before the monitoring session is exited by pressing
from the monitoring menu. Reports accessed from the report management screen
are read only . To access the report management screen;
• From the home screen press
• Scroll up or down under the Surgeon , Procedure , date and time
fields to select the required surgical report.
• A preview of the procedure information is displayed at the bottom of the screen.
Note: Patient information will be hidden until the profile password is entered. To
preview patient information, press on the procedure information box. When prompted,
enter the password and press 'OK'.
• Press the to view the report,
• Enter the profile password (if not already entered) and press OK.
