Started . . .

Before you start

2. Loosen the three pre-assembled screws on the gear head (22), using the

multi-tool II (35) (Fig. 3).

3.

With one hand holding the backing flange (27) and the locking flange (28), turn the

securing nut (29) clockwise to loosen it.

4.

Remove the securing nut (30), the locking flange (28) and the backing flange (27)

from the gear head (22).

5. Attach the cutting-attachment guard (25) with the trimming guard (30) to the gear

head (22). Secure the guards with the removed three screws (Fig. 4).
