7.3 DISCRETE INPUT (DI)

7.3.1 ASSIGNING I/O SIGNALS

A maximum of 64-point discrete inputs (DI1 to DI64) can be monitored.
Assign discrete inputs of I/O modules and/or remote I/Os connected to the DL8, following the procedure below.

7.3.1.1 ASSIGNING I/O MODULE TO DI

(1) Click [Discrete input (DI)] button in “Input/Output” menu to open “Discrete input (DI)” list.

Double-click a row of the DI channel to configure to open the DI configuration dialog.
