The tabs for each DRC output can be seen in Figure 4-25.  Click Channel 1-6, Channel 7/8 and 
Chanel 9/10 to configure Nielsen codes for each output. 
 
Nielsen encoding can be enabled and disabled for each of the 3 outputs.  Please note that 
Nielsen encoding must be disabled to make changes to the SID or Check Digits.

Follow the path 

System > GPI > GPI

.  Here there is a GPI enable/disable ‘switch’.  Click so that 

the indicator is dark indicating that the GPIs are disabled.  The GPIs must be disabled to make 
changes to any GPI. 
 
Click on: 

System > GPI > GPI Function A-D

.  This will display the configuration for the first 4 GPIs.  

Click GPI Function E-H for the remaining 4 GPIs.  
 
Figure 4-26 shows the list of available functions open for GPI A.
