Spread Spectrum Installation Guide

Step 7:

Connect Base RTUs to Bridge.

FieldNET Spread Spectrum

The FieldNET spread spectrum Base is connected to the Bridge
by a 14-9838-0 USB to Serial Port Adaptor and 15-0848-0
FieldNET Base RTU Adaptor. The Base RTU is powered by a
15-1135-0 Power Supply. The 15-1135-0 power supply plugs
into the 15-0848-0 Base RTU adaptor.

Connect the 14-9838-0 USB to Serial port adaptor to USB1,
USB2, USB4 or USB5 (default ports for FieldNET spread spectrum base RTUs).

Online Control

The Online Control base radio is connected to the Bridge by a 14-9838-0 USB to
Serial port adaptor. Connect the 14-9838-0 to USB3 (default for Online control).
