7. Software
Software Update
Tools Required:
USB stick
Time: 15 minutes
1. Place update file on root directory of USB drive

2. Insert USB stick into USB port in front panel.

Software update will auto start and display
STARTING SOFTWARE UPDATE
. The update will take 5-10 minutes.
4. When update is complete console will reboot. Remove USB stick.
Successful update Console reboots and returns to home screen.
Unsuccessful update Console will display
Update Failed
and reboot after 30 seconds. Check software on USB
stick and retry update procedure.
Settings
1. Press the button at the
SELECT WORKOUT
screen. Upon entering the settings menu, the screen will display
SETTINGS MENU
.
2. Press left or right on the navigation button to scroll through the settings options.
3. Press up or down on the navigation button to adjust the settings.
4. Press the ENTER button or press left or right on the navigation button to save modifications and move to the next
option.
5. Press the RESET button to exit the settings menu.
The settings and selection options are listed below.
UNITS Selection options are English and Metric.
BEEPS
Selection options are On and Off.
TIME This option is for your workout times. Selection options are up and down.
METS = OFF
Selection options are On and Off.
PACE = OFF (only
treadmills)
Selection options are On and Off.
RPM = OFF (only
bikes and cross-
trainers)
Selection options are On and Off.
CONTRAST = XX Selection options are: 1-99.
BRIGHTNESS = X
Selection options are 1-10.
WIRELESS HR = ON Turns the telemetry heart receiver on and off . Selection options are On and Off.
SAFETY MODE
(treadmill)
Selection options are On and Off.
Statistics
Press the button to select. Choose
TOTAL HOURS
for the total number of hours that the
product was used in a workout, or choose
TOTAL MILES
for the number of miles that the
product was used in a workout.
Safety Mode = ON Selection options are On and Off.
