Identification, weighing, and warning Labels Installation

Remove the old label
B.
Clean the container with alcohol
C.
Put the label over the applicable area of the container and carefully install it on the container.
Start with one side of the label and push your finger across the label to remove any air bubbles
from under the label

With an permanent ink, write all information necessary (see figure 7002 and 7003)

Assembly
A.
Install the gasket (70) and the nut (60) in the locknut (80)
B.
Apply loctite 241 on the thread of the discharge heads (40)
C.
Screw the assembly (70-60-80) on the mounting base of the container
D.
Install the debris in the discharge head body. Make sure the debris-screen overlap area is
opposite the discharge head outlet.
E.
Screw manually the discharge heads on the nut (60) until it stop and direct the discharge head
CAUTION :
REFER TO FIGURE 1 OF THE ILLUSTRATED PARTS LIST FOR THE CORRECT
POSITION OF THE YELLOW ADHESIVE
E.
Clean with alcohol the yellow adhesive location on the discharge head.
F.
Cut the yellow adhesive to a length of 150 mm (5.9 in).
G. Wind the yellow adhesive around the discharge head body.
H. Apply with varnish brush the adhesive yellow overflowing lightly on the discharge head
I.
Install protection caps on the discharge heads.
