(6) Bleed completely the pipes.
(7) Disconnect the control cable of the pressure controller connector

Bacharach Leak Test
A.
Do the leak test with a Sapre Leak detector or equivalent calibrated to 0,001kg/years, as follows:
(1)
Make sure the leak detector is calibrated as specified in the operating instructions.
(2)
Use the detector probe to find if the air in the test area contains halon. Refer to the
operating instructions for the leak detector.
(3)
Continue to do the leak test on all of the components and the welds.
NOTE : When you do the test on the disc assemblies, remove the discharge heads with
the protection caps

If the leakage is exists, replace the defective component and do the test again.

4. Hydrostatic
Test
A.
An hydrostatic test of the containers is doing at intervals of five years.
CAUTION :
BE CAREFULL WHEN YOU DO THE HYDROSTATIC TEST. CALCULATE THE
TOTAL, PERMANENT, AND PERCENT OF PERMANENT EXPANSION OF THE
CONTAINER WITH PRECISION. DISCARD THE CONTAINER IF THE WALLS ARE
DANGEROUSLY THIN. DO NOT DISCARD THE CONTAINER IF THE WALL
THICKNESS IS CORRECT.
