   (2) Turn the fill plug one full turn counterclockwise.

   (3) Close the door of the safety proof booth 751776.

   (4) Open valves C and F (Fig 7001) and adjust the nitrogen supply regulator to get 2000 kPa

   (5) Open slowly the valve E while you monitor the charging gauge and the multi-meter.
       Increase pressure, closing plug 1-2 at P

Decrease pressure, closing plug 1-3 at 1600 kPa

1900 kPa

   (6) Open the door of the safety proof booth 751776

   (7) Turn the fill plug one full turn clockwise

   (8) Disconnect the multi-meter leads from the pressure switch.

   (9) Remove the lock-pin handle and the charging adapter from the fill plug.

PROCEDURE 2 (This procedure describes the test method if the pressure controller is disassembled
from the bottle)

Use the safety test bench nitrogen 751873 supplied by nitrogen bottle equipped with manometer.

(1) Assemble pressure controller (190) on control tooling pressure switch 70230 with the seal 10216 in
    good state under the flange of pressure controller. (to grip)

(2 ) Connect the control cable of the pressure controller connector on the multi-meter or on the control
      box 751786 with lights

(3) Connect the control tooling pressure switch 70230 of the safety test bench nitrogen

(4) Open slowly and progressively the valve and control the manometer or the control box lights.
        Increase pressure, closing plug 1-2 at P

Decrease pressure, closing plug 1-3 at 1600 kPa

1900 kPa

(5) Close the valve
