Using the Low temperature cook
With the Low temp cook function, meat can become marvelously
tender and succulent. Up to 20 percent less energy is consumed
than with normal roasting, when roasting with low temperatures.

Tips for the Low temp cook
• Preheat the oven for about 5 minutes. When the auto preheating
procedure is completed, you will hear a signal tone.
• The oven switches automatically to a temperature of 90°C.
This remains constant for the whole of the cooking time.
• After searing the meat in a very hot frying pan, place it in a
roasting pan and then roast it in the preheated oven.
