Enables or disables the WRED transmit queue configuration.

min ­ threshold
<min. threshold (1 ‐ 100)>
max ­ threshold
<max. threshold (1 ‐ 100)>
drop ­ rate
<drop rate (1 ‐ 100)>
Configures the WRED thresholds for non ‐ TCP traffic.
