3. .1 Operating the 31C from G4 LD Utility
To operate and manage the 831C from your PC using G4, complete the
following process:
Step 1
Provide your meter with any of the following connections to your PC: USB
cable, WiFi adapter, TCP/IP, or Bluetooth adapter.

Step 2
Install G4 on your PC.
Installing
a.
Locate the most recent version by navigating to
LarsonDavis.com/G4 and choosing the version you need
from the
Software
section.

The G4 installer downloads as a ZIP file to your PC.
c.
Extract and install the E E file. G4 creates a shortcut on the
Desktop and an item in your Start Menu.
Step 3
Launch G4. Meters using WiFi, USB, or Bluetooth connections may
automatically display in the Meters Panel on the left.

Click the name of your connected meter. This opens the Meter tab.
