Simultaneously storing files and sending
their URL addresses
You can store scan files and simulta-
neously send the URL addresses of
their locations by e-mail. In this case,
scan files will not be attached to the e-
mail. Transmitted URL addresses al-
low a stored file to be viewed, delet-
ed, or downloaded over the network
using Web Image Monitor. This is
useful if you cannot attach files to e-
mail due to network restrictions.

If you want to always e-mail the
URL addresses of scan file loca-
tions, Under
[ Scanner Features ] ,
[ Send Settings ] , set [ Stored File E-mail
Method ] to [ Send URL Link ] and
[ Store File Priority ] to [ Send & Store ] .
