Direction indicator
To replace the bulb in side direc-
tion indicator 1 (Fig. 63) remove it
from the vehicle. In the socket the
light is held with spring latch and
striker plate. Move the light in the
driving direction and throw out
the striker plate of engagement.
Turning socket 3 counterclockwise,
remove it and the bulb from the light
housing and pull bulb 2.
After replacing the bulb assembly
and installation of the direction indi-
cator should be carried out in reverse
order.
Licence plate light
To replace light bulb 1 (Fig. 64) in
the licence plate light you should
remove the light from the vehicle.
In the socket the light is held with
spring latch and striker plate. Insert a
flat screwdriver into chase on the
light left side of the roof light, careful-
ly move it to the right and throw out
the striker plate of engagement.
Turning socket 3 counterclockwise,
remove it and the bulb from the light
housing and pull bulb 2.
After replacing the bulb the
assembly and installation of the
licence plate light should be carried
out in reverse order.
Interior roof lighting
To replace the bulb in the interior
roof light you should remove head-
light glass 1 (Fig. 65) from the light
frame. The roof light is held with
metal retaining spring and hooks in
the back of the frame seat. To re-
move the roof light you should insert
a flat screwdriver into the chase on
the right side of the roof light (on the
front passenger seat) and carefully
pull the roof light. Depress contacts
and pull out the bulb. After replacing
the bulb, set the roof light hooks into
the socket of the unit on the left side
and push the right side of the roof
light to fix it.
Interior lighting unit
To replace the bulb in the interior
lighting unit you should remove
head-light glass 1 (Fig. 66) with the
flat screwdriver, inserting it into spe-
cial chases. Individual reading bulbs
are removed after turning through
45
0 clockwise and counterclockwise.
The unit is held in the seat by means
of latches 2.
