GEARSHIFT PROMPTER

FUNCTION

Gearshift prompter (GP) – func-

tion that determines the necessity to
change gear for higher or lower gear
(for guarantee the engine most
economy mode) and informs the
driver of it.

This function can be used for cars

with manual gearbox (MGB) only.

Sound gearshift prompter

switch on/off

The sound signal on/off can be

done by key «Reset» or «ОК»

(in

design variant)

at the under-steer-

ing switch. The GP sound signal sta-
tus is indicated at the instrument
cluster LCD in the on-board comput-
er row.
