2. The execution always begins from the first Ingredient/Unload with a weight different
from zero. The [ name ] and [

] messages will appear alternately on the
display, where PE indicates that the execution of the Recipe has started, while x
indicates the value of the weight to be loaded or unloaded. If an Ingredient/Unload is
heavier than 9,999 kg/lbs, the [
P:

] message will appear on the display.

Important:
to perform an Ingredient/Unload that is different from the one
displayed, use the Ingredient/Unload Skip Function; press the
q
key to select the
Ingredient/Unload that comes after the one displayed or press the
z
key to select
the Ingredient/Unload that comes before the one displayed. If the current Recipe is
programmed with the Feed Refusal Adjustment Function, it is possible to skip to the
next Ingredient/Unload only.

Important:
if the Ingredient to load is a Manual Addition, the

] messages will appear alternately on
the display, where HA indicates that a Manual Addition is displayed, while x indicates
the value of the weight to be loaded. At the same time, the alarm output is activated
5 times. After having loaded the Manual Addition, press the

execution of the Recipe.

3. Start the loading or unloading operations.
After loading or unloading 5% of the programmed weight, the display will show the
weight decrease, indicating the weight that is still be loaded or unloaded in order to
reach the programmed value. When the displayed weight reaches 15% (Prealarm)
of the programmed weight, the flashing
Alarm
symbol appears on the display, while
the equipment intermittently activates the alarm output.
Continuing to load or unload, the switching frequency of the alarm output increases.
When the weight that appears on the display is equal to or lower than zero, the
alarm output is activated continuously for a period of 5 seconds (Queue Time). If
during the Queue Time a value with a negative sign appears, this means that a
quantity of material equal to the displayed value has been loaded or unloaded in
excess in relation to the programmed value.
4. When the Queue Time has expired the equipment is ready to load or unload the next
Ingredient/Unload. If the Skip to the Next Ingredient/Unload has been programmed
in the Manual mode, the
m
symbol will light up on the display. To continue, press the
q
z
keys. If the Recipe is programmed with the Feed Refusal Adjustment Function, it
is possible to skip to the next Ingredient/Unload only.
