4.13.5 - UNLOADS BY PEN
This Function allows the exact weight unloaded of the Unloads carried
out in the Recipe Programming Activity to be displayed and printed; this
Function automatically stores the actual value unloaded for each single
Unload, from the Date of the Unload Last Reset up to the current date.
1. Select the [
FEDOUT
] Function on the display and confirm by pressing
the
OK
key.
2. The [ dd:mm:yy ] message will appear on the display, where gg:mm:aa
indicates the Date of the Unload Last Reset, in the format Day:Month:
Year.
3. To display the desired Unload, press the
q
z
(
e
) keys.
The Ingredient name and the value of the Unloaded Total Weight will
appear alternately on the display. Only Unloads with an Unloaded Total
Weight that is different than zero will be displayed.
4. To reset the Unloaded Total Weight of all Unloads to zero, press the
Clear
key for 4 seconds. The [
DELETE FEDOUT
] message will appear on
the display followed by the Date of the Unload Last Reset which will be
updated with the current date.
5. If the equipment is supplied with a printer, it is possible to print an
Unloads by Pen printout (see page 56) by pressing the
ID/Print
key.
6. To exit and return to the Special Function Menu, press the
OK
key.
•
This Function is available only if the Unloads by Pen Preference is
Enabled (code 70).
•
If the Date Format Preference (code 59) is set to USA, the date is
displayed in the month, day, year format [ mm:dd:yy ].
•
If a Load/Unload is cancelled from the Clearing of the Ingredient/Unload
Name Archive Function, its totalizator is automatically reset to zero.
•
If new Recipes are imported with the Data Transfer Function, the Archive
data is cancelled.
•
The maximum value that can be memorized for each single Unload is
900,000 kg/lbs.
