Troubleshooting
This guide provides information and solutions to some of the problems that may arise
during the normal running of the equipment.
If it is not possible to solve the problem, contact
Customer Service

The
Customer Service
will provide detailed information regarding the procedures to be
followed and the limits of the Warranty Conditions.
RESETTING THE PASSWORD
In the event that the Password is forgotten, it is possible to reset it by following this
procedure.
Turn on the device and before the [
WELCOME
] message disappears, press the keys
Clear
and
OK
at the same time for 5 seconds.
THE EQUIPMENT DOES NOT SWITCH ON OR OFF DURING RUNNING
1. Check that the connector of the power supply and alarm cable, identified by a
red colored band, is inserted correctly in the connector found on the equipment,
identified by a red colored label with the writing POWER/ALARM; also check that no
oxides or moisture are present on the contacts.
2. Check that the level of the power supply voltage of the equipment is between the
values given in Appendix C - Technical Specifications, using the Supply Voltage Check
Function (see User’s Guide).
If the equipment does not switch on, to check the value of the supply voltage,
disconnect the power supply and alarm cable and, using a Tester, measure the value
of the voltage directly on the contacts of the connector, referring to Figure 2 of the
User’s Guide.
3. Check that the equipment protection fuse has not blown, consulting Chapter 1.4 of
the User’s Guide.
