The main unit setup procedure > Ink initial supply (Set up flow)

[CONFIDENTIAL]

Close the front right lower cover.

Select U740 Set up and press [Start]. Select [Ink Inst].

(Display: Begin) Select [Execute] then press [Start].

(Display: AUTO0100) Start the ink and the cleaning liquid installation.

•

Select [Execute] and press [Start] to run the job.

(Display: MANU0101) Close all the clamps [A] of Y, K, C, M, CL in the ink unit.

•

Select [Execute] after completing the steps, then press [Start] key to continue.

IMPORTANT

Any modes are prohibited in U740 Set Up, so that the power off does not allow you to exit from this mode
unless you complete all the steps.

IMPORTANT

1 Follow the work flow by checking number on display [Auto xxx (Execute automatically)] or [Manu xxx

(Manual procedure)].

2 Select [Execute] and once complete the step, press [Start] key to continue. (Change the number with Auto or

Manu to the next.)

3 If [Undo] comes up with incomplete, check previous procedure.

IMPORTANT

If service call error C2260 occurs, check the position of the unit with the following link and shift it to the Assy
position.
