Option 2 - Routing the Cable Behind the Hatch

Move the steel fitting down the length of the
antenna cable to the end opposite the rubber
boot. You’ll need to connect the end of the cable
with the rubber boot to the antenna.

You will not

need to use the fitting; simply keep it attached to the
end of the cable inside the vehicle.

Starting from inside the vehicle, pass the antenna
cable through the gap in the hatch hinge.

Using a

⁄

" wrench, connect the cable to the

antenna’s connector.
