TracNet 3.0 User’s Guide
Switching Satellites When Offline
If you are currently offline, use the master receiver’s remote
control to switch between the TracVision antenna’s two
programmed satellites.
Multiswitch Users
If you are using a multiswitch, you cannot switch satellites using
the receiver’s remote control. You will need to use the MCU
(TracVision G8), ADCU (TracVision G4/G6), or TracNet’s
Switch
button (TracVision 4/6) to switch between satellites.
2.10 Getting Help
You can visit KVH’s customer support web page and download
Velocity Acceleration software through the TracNet interface. To
access these features, select
Help
from the navigation bar. You do
not need to be online to download the software, but you do need
to be online to visit the customer support web page.

link to go to
KVH’s online customer support web page with its
comprehensive frequently asked questions database. If you still
don’t find the answer you’re looking for, you can submit your
question directly to KVH.
