Mower conditioner
- Fit new chain on sprockets (1) and (2).
- Check chain tension between sprocket (1) and
sprocket (2).
If the chain is not tensioned :
- Remove sprocket (1) and turn spline by spline
until proper tension is obtained.
- Reinstall sprocket (2) with its washer and screw:
• Torque:8.5 daNm (63 lbf ft).
- Reinstall quick release link.
If the chain is tensioned :
- Reinstall quick release link (1).
- Pivot the tensioning device (2) by hand to give it a
slight preload.
- Tighten the 2 bolts (3):
• Torque: 5 daNm (37 lbf ft).
- Reinstall chain guard:
• Torque: 8.5 daNm (63 lbf ft).
- Remove wedges.
