8.2.4 Swath width adjustment
The swath width is adjustable from 0.90 m
(2’11’’) to 1.80 m (5’10’’) approximately.
- Loosen the 2 wing nuts (1) of the swath shields.
- Perform the required adjustment.
- Tighten wing nuts (1).
8.3
Machine use
- Before mowing and to reduce risks of
projections, lower the front guard.
- Keep all persons and animals away from
the machine danger zone.
- Never lean or step on the protection cover.
Before the machine engages the crop:
- Engage the tractor PTO and gradually increase
speed until reaching a rated speed of 540 min-1.
Only use the mowing unit lift cylinders to lift the
machine from working position into headland turn
position.
