Accessories

PIKO overvoltage protection modules

In order to protect the inverter from overvoltage damage, 
type II overvoltage protection can be used on the AC 
and DC, LAN and RS485 sides. 

When supplied, the inverter does not have overvoltage 
protection. 

The overvoltage protection modules can be obtained 
from our KOSTAL online shop.

PIKO fan cover

Falling parts that enter the fan through the inverter's 
cooling ribs may block the fan and therefore result in the 
inverter overheating. Insufficient cooling of the inverter 
can result in a reduction in performance or even system 
failure. 

To protect against falling parts, a specially adapted cover 
plate can be fitted, which covers the ventilation grill but 
still ensures inverter cooling. 

The cover plate can be obtained from our KOSTAL online 
shop.
