Start Cycle

Start a copy or scan cycle.

A cycle can be started only when the basic functions are displayed on the
touch screen.

§

Press the [Start] key on the control
panel.

The cycle starts.

Stop Cycle

Stop a copy cycle, e.g. to prevent further output of faulty copies.

§

Press the [Stop] key on the control
panel.

The copy cycle stops. A
confirmation dialog appears. Select
whether you want to interrupt the
cycle or continue it.

Reset System Settings

Reset the system to the system default setting.

§

Press the [Panel Reset] key on the
control panel.

The system is reset to the system
default setting.

Automatic Reset of the System

In key operator mode, you can specify a time after which the system
is automatically reset to its initial settings. For more information, see
page 7-50.
