Job tab
From the Job tab, jobs managed by the machine can be checked.

Reminder
The number assigned to the job when it was queued in the machine ap-
pears as the job number.
To display detailed information, click the [Detail] button .
User Box tab
From the User Box tab, you can create boxes and check and download files
from boxes.

Reminder
Some operations cannot be performed while a box is being accessed
from a different copy of PageScope Web Connection, or from the control
panel.
Menus Description
Active Job
List Print The list of print jobs being performed and queued to be per-
formed and their details are displayed.
HDD/Memory The list of box jobs being performed and queued to be per-
formed and their details are displayed.
Done Job
List Print The list of completed print jobs and their details are dis-
played.
HDD/Memory The list of completed box jobs and their details are dis-
played.
Menus Description
User Box
List User Box Login Type in the box number and password for the box to be
opened.
User Box List The list of boxes is displayed. Click the [Create User Box]
button to create a new box.
User Box Admin. Type in the box administrator password to log on in the ad-
ministrator screen. Appears only when a box administrator
has been specified.
