Before replacing fuses, be sure to first turn the starting switch to the OFF position, wait for over one
minute, then switch the battery disconnect switch to OFF and take out the battery disconnect switch
key.

If the engine does not start when the start-up key is set to START, check the mains fuse and replace it,
if necessary.
The following problems are probably caused by a disconnected
fuse connection. Open the battery inspection cover on the left
hand side of the machine, check the fuse connection and
replace if necessary.

If the starter motor does not turn when the ignition key is
turned to START, the relative fuse connection (1) is
probably disconnected.
q
If the battery is down, the fuse connection (2) is probably
disconnected.
q
In cold conditions, the engine starts with difficulty with the
ignition key turned to HEAT (pre-heating), the relative fuse
connection (3) is probably disconnected.
REMARK
A connection fuse is a power fuse designed to stand high
amperages and adjusted to burn at a given amperage to
protect the electric components and the downstream cables,
like a standard fuse.
