Raising and Lowering Implements
Implements can be raised and lowered with the hydraulic position control lever.
To ensure consistent working depth:
1.
Move the hydraulic position control lever until the implement is at the required
depth.
2.
Release the adjustable stop and move it until it touches the hydraulic position
control lever.
3.
Secure the adjustable stop.
To increase or decrease the lowering speed of the implement, set the lowering speed
control to the required speed.
You can set soil engaging implements for precision work by using the draft control
lever.
Engaging the Power Take Off (PTO)
To avoid damage to the transmission and implement, do not engage the PTO with the
engine set to high running speed.
Your machine is fitted with an independent, two speed PTO which is controlled by two
switches, the PTO ON/OFF switch, and the PTO control switch and one lever, the PTO
gear selection lever.
Engage the PTO A as follows:
Decrease the engine speed to idle.
Depress the clutch.
Set the PTO gear selection lever to the required gear.
Increase the engine speed to the required speed.
Using the Remote Hydraulic Control Valve
The machine is fitted with a remote hydraulic control valve for attaching hydraulically
driven implements.
Hydraulically operated implements are operated by the auxiliary valve lever
connected to the corresponding lettered connections on the remote hydraulic control
valve.
Connecting
1.
Remove the dust plugs from the connections.
2.
Clean the implement and the remote hydraulic control valve connections.
3.
Attach the implement connection to the connection on the remote hydraulic control
valve, making sure that the connection is secure.
