Engaging the Differential Lock
When wheel slippage is encountered, press down on the differential lock pedal to
engage the differential lock.
Disengaging the Differential Lock
To disengage the differential lock, remove your foot from the differential lock pedal.
Note: If the differential lock does not disengage when you remove your foot from the
differential lock pedal, use both the left and right turn brake pedals until the
differential lock disengages.
Front Wheel Drive (4WD)
Do not use front wheel drive at high speeds or on the road.
For increased traction, use the front wheel drive.
Engaging Front Wheel Drive
Only engage front wheel drive when the machine is stationary. To engage front wheel
drive, move the front wheel drive lever to the ON position.
Disengaging Front Wheel Drive
Only disengage front wheel drive when the machine is stationary, To disengage front
wheel drive, move the front wheel drive lever to the OFF position.
Tight Turns
Do not use the left or right turn brake pedals at high speed or on the road unless the
connecting latch is connecting the left and right turn brake pedals together.
The left and right turn brake pedals assist in making tight turns in a field. Only perform
tight turns at a slow speed.
To make a tight turn at low speed, disconnect the connecting latch to allow the use of
the individual tight turn brake pedal.
Use both the steering wheel and the relevant tight turn brake pedal to perform the
tight turn.
Travelling on Slopes
WARNING
Failure to observe these precautions may cause the machine to become
unstable and in extreme circumstances will overturn with potential
serious injury to the operator.
