7. Operation 

7.3.6  Canceling the grinding process

By pressing the “Start / Stop” button (7-11/1), the 
program can be canceled at any time in order to, 
for example, check the resulting burr on the knife. 

Pressing the “Start / Stop” button (7-11/1) again 
allows the user to restart. The machine will con-
tinue the grinding process at the location where it 
was stopped.
