4. Download inspections
Inspections stored in the analyser can be downloaded on the computer:
➢
Connect the analyser to the computer thanks to the supplied USB cable and
turn on the analyser
.
➢
Launch
LIGAZ-2
software.
➢
Connect the analyser to the
LIGAZ-2
software clicking on the homepage button.
The software indicates that connexion is successful.
➢
Click on the download homepage button
Or
➢
Click on
“KIGAZ”
menu then on
“Downloading”
.
Or
➢
Click on the download icon of the tool bar
The software recovers inspections contained in the analyser. This operation can take a few minutes.
At the end of the recovery, the following window is displayed:
➢
Tick the boxes corresponding to the inspections to download on the computer. To delete an inspection from the instrument,
tick the
“Delete”
box. To download an inspection to add to your database and delete it from the instrument, tick both boxes.
➢
Click on the
button.
A message indicates that the transfer started, then the message
“Transfer done”
is displayed: the dataset has been
downloaded successfully.
➢
Click on
OK.
The
“Complete database”
window is displayed with the new inspections downloaded.
Customers and boilers linked to the downloaded inspections are added to the
“Customers”
and
“Boilers”
databases.
