Calibration and Test Procedures

Introduction

Once the DUT has been configured, click OK in the Configure DUT panel.

All calibration and test procedures are included in the respective groups in

a way similar to how they are organized in the CTS.

On the main menu (see highlighted area in

Figure 10

), use the Properties

button to display additional information on the right side and the Log List

button to display additional information at the bottom of the N5990A main

window. The parameter grid on the right side of the window shows the

parameters, which are related to the selected calibration or to test

procedure subgroups or to individual procedures. These parameters can

be set only before running the procedure subgroup or prior to starting the
