Using the Software

Analysis Tab - Configuration, BER Analyzer
First choose whether CDR should be used in the analyzer, and if so,
whether you want to customize the CDR settings.
Custom CDR Settings
•
Loop Bandwidth
: Set the bandwidth value of the analyzer CDR.
Min: 2MHz
Default: 2MHz
Max: 20MHz
•
Loop Selection
: Select the required loop from the dropdown list if more
than one is available.
•
Transition Density
: Set the transition density of the CDR.
Min: 0%
Default: 50%
Max: 100%
•
Follow SYS Clock
: If ON, the Analyzer Symbol Rate is a read-only
parameter and depends on what you have chosen in the Data Rates
tab.
