Humidity Setpoint: Enables to adjust the humidity level inside the
equipment within the values indicated, by using the buttons or
and then to confirm or to exit.
The value set is not absolute but based on standard operating
conditions checked by the manufacturer.
Programs:
The control enables to select among a list of pre-set
programs (recipes) with temperature and humidity set points
appropriate for the product to be stored.
Light On/Lights Off
: turns the lights on or off.
Language : enables to choose among 16 different languages.
Service

Parameters and troubleshooting”
Real Time Clock
: (only present in some versions) after selecting
this entry, the internal date and time of the instrument can be set.
The current values appear and, by repeatedly pressing the
key, it is possible to change the values with the or keys or
to confirm them and move to the next value until the sequence has
completed.
ENERGY SAVING
MENU
The equipment is designed to optimise
energy consumption. For this purpose
a specific menu is dedicated, with
direct access by pressing the key
on the control panel.
The Energy Saving mode you wish to
use can be customised.
The self-learning system in the system
stores and codes the operating ranges
of the equipment on a weekly basis and enables to manage specific
strategies to maximise energy saving, based on the actual use of the
refrigerator.
No operation change is performed in the time slots identified as
“business”, while in the periods identified as “economy” are set the
setpoints, hysteresis, defrosting and electrical loads to reduce energy
consumption as much as possible.
High : sets the most incisive strategy for energy saving which
enables the best energy performance of the equipment. Changes in
the operating conditions may introduce operating variations such as
temporary set point increase or condensation forming on the frame
during periods of inactivity of the equipment.
Medium : sets a strategy for energy saving less incisive than the
previous one.
Disabled
: no energy saving strategy is implemented.
Hide E.S . Bar : Energy Saving Bar displaying on the main screen is
enabled or disabled.
ENERGY SAVING Bar: the function of the ES bar is to indicate the
energy performances of the equipment which are visually and
dynamically highlighted by the white triangles.
Methods of use which reduce consumptions are incentivised and the
more energy demanding uses are also penalised.
The factors which affect positioning of the indicator are the following:
- set point setting: a setting which does not force the equipment to
operate at maximum capacity at all times is favoured.
- doors opening number and openings durations: incentivises a
rational use of the equipment by reducing overly frequent or
excessively long openings.
- room temperature: an excessively hot room compromises energy
efficiency. A better positioning of the equipment which ensures
good air circulation in the motor compartment, an adequate
distance from heat sources and which avoids locations exposed to
direct sunlight enables to reduce consumptions.

SERVICE MENU
This menu is accessed from the
Service entry of the main menu.
Parameters : enables to change the
instrument’s internal parameters. A
password is required to display and
change the parameters.
Once the password is correctly
entered, it is possible to scroll through
the list of parameters by using the
keys or , select the parameter
to change with the key , change the value with the keys and
, confirm with or exit without changing the parameter with the
key .
pressing the key again or a period of inactivity exits the change
parameters function.
Internal Values : accesses
displaying the current values of:
- temperature of the cell,
- temperature of the evaporator,
- temperature of the condenser,
- room temperature.
The following are also indicated:
- the total number of compressor
operating days,
- the number of compressor starts
(expressed in hundreds),
- the number of doors openings in the
previous 24 hours.
Alarms
: information relative to the latest alarms occurred is
displayed if present.
Stored Data Reset
: enables to cancel the data stored: a password
is required (149).
Reset Val. Factory : enables to restore factory values: a password
is required.
HACCP : information relative to the last HACCP alarms occurred is
displayed if present. If the entry is not present on the menu it means
there are no alarms stored.
