PIP (Picture in Picture)
The picture-in-picture function enables a second programme to be shown in a small additional
window (PIP window) (Fig. 10). The following applies:
●
Channels from the complete list are available in the PIP window, whilst channels from the
most recently selected list (complete list or favourites list) are available in the main window
●
The channel in the PIP window is switched with
, that in the main window with
●
swaps the channels shown in the PIP window and main window
●
If two programmes are being recorded simultaneously, the picture-in-picture function is not
available
●
If the picture-in-picture function is switched on whilst live radio is being played back, the main
window shows live radio and the PIP window live TV
●
If the picture-in-picture function is switched on whilst a recording from the recording archive
is being played back, the main window shows the recording and the PIP window live TV
●
If only one antenna cable is connected to the receiver, only channels from the same recep-
tion level as the channel in the main window can be selected in the PIP window.
This restriction does not apply if a recording is being played back in the main window
