6.2.1 Drive module (A2) error messages

1. Switch off key switch (S0).
2. Cool drive motor (M1) for at least 15 minutes.
3. Find/repair cause of the high power consumption
(for example, blocked magnet brake (Y1), deman-
ding incline drives with an overloaded machine).
4. Switch on key switch (S0) and preferably conti-
nue at level.

1. Check ground from A2/X4-3 to the drive sensor
(B1).
2. Check plug A4/X3 on the drive module.
3. If fault remains, replace A2.

A2/X11-12
1. Check all cable connections for proper seating.
2. Disconnect A2/X11 and A2/X12, check low
resistance of the drive motor (M1):
– Check seating of charcoal.
– Check drive motor terminals.
3. Check motor supply cable for crimped, kinked
and worn areas.
4. If fault remains, replace A2.

A2/X6-3, 4
1. Check all cable connections for proper seating.
2. Disconnect A2/X6 and check brake (Y1) for low
resistance (20-40 Ohm).
3. Check cable for crimped, kinked and worn areas.
4. If fault remains, replace A2.

F1/151 1. Check to verify that all connected switches (S2,
S3, S10) on A2/X5-1..4 are also all supplied by
A2/X5-5..8 !
2. Check to verify if residual voltages are coupled
with ground or battery voltage of short-circuited
chassis, for example, by contact closure and
eliminate these.
3. If fault remains, replace A2.

3. If the error remains, then check permitted pedal
voltage for the machine in the parameter setup If
necessary, reset.

5. If fault remains, replace A2.
