6.2.1 Drive module (A2) error messages

F1/101 1. Change menu in parameter setup.
2. Change the setup of drive module (A2).
3. For example, change test method of “max. speed
forward” to a new value.
4. Leave setup, save and acknowledge.
5. Perform key switch (S0) reset.
6. If fault remains, replace A2, otherwise:
7. Reestablish the original parameters in the setup
menu.
Fault detected in

F1/102 1. Perform key switch (S0) reset.
2. If fault remains, replace A2.
Communications
error drive modu-
le (A2) head CPU
(A1)
F1/111 1. Check, if bus plug A2/X7 and A2/X8 are properly
connected.
2. Check, if bus lines A2/X7-2, A2/X8-2, A2/X7-5,
A2/X8-5 completely contact the head CPU (A1).
3. Search/repair error in bus cables.
4. If fault remains, replace A2.
Drive module
(A2) does not
receive any
voltage at the
power electronic
unit
F1/121 1. Check fuse F2.
2. Check, if the battery voltage is between 14..50V.
If not, check the battery.
3. Short circuiting of another module is possible.
Disconnect all -/+ lines from the module and
reconnect beginning with the drive module until
the module concerned is found.
4. If relay error K1/131 occurs, r/- on relay
coil (K1).
5. Check, if main relay (K1) is closed and if relay coil
lines are completely connected with head CPU
(A1).
6. If fault remains, replace A2.
Drive module
(A2) does not
receive 12-14V
control voltage
F1/122 1. Check if 13 – 14 V are present at A2/X7-1, in this
case, replace A2.
2. Search for fault in bus line 1 or at A1/X4-1.
Overload or short
circuit between
A2 X11-12
F1/131 1. Disconnect drive motor (M1) from A2/X11.
2. Perform key switch (S0) reset.
3. Step on the accelerator (B1). Another fault, then
replace drive motor (M1).
4. If fault remains, replace A2.
