5.3 Setup menu
5.3.5 Module parameter - manufacture settings

Subsequent installation of options -
note

1. Chemical metering

If the chemical metering is attached the "chemi-
cal metering" option must be activated with "1" in
the "system parameters" setup menu.

Note:

The "factory setting" parameter set must be
checked when changing modules and for
subsequent installation of options.

2. Warning beacon light

If a warning beacon light is attached the "warning
beacon light for reversing" option must be activa-
ted with "1" in the "system parameters" setup
menu.

3. Work light and wall-ceiling-floor tool

The working lights and held-head vacuum set
mounting kits do not require any settings to be
entered in the setup menu.

4. Wheel nub motor option (with 8 km/h,
see Chapter 2.1)

If a drive motor with a speed of 8 km/h is installed,
the following adjustment must be made in the
"drive module" setup menu:

a. Max forwards speed:

8,0 km/h

b. Max reverse speed:

4,0 km/h

c. Motor constant:

0,07 m/(Vs)

Note:

The chemical metering function is only
possible with HEAD-CPU (A1) from Versi-
on 1.2 and CLEAN MODULE (A3) from
Version 1.2.

Note:

The wheel hub motor (8 km/h) may only be
run with the 125A drive module (A2),6.682-
746.0.

5. Accelerator pedal calibration

If it is necessary to calibrate the accelerator pedal,
(e.g. due to replacement of a defective drive
sensor (B1)), from HEAD-CPU (A1) Version 1.2
this function is no longer in the setup menu but
instead is in the test mode in the program selec-
tor switch setting "5 = Polish".
