6.2 Troubleshooting with displays
Meaning of the 3-digit warning code
Warning messages:
Warning messages (highlighted in yellow in the
following tables) affect operation of the machine
in different ways. Alarms and warnings must
therefore be reacted to with varying sensitivity.
A short circuit in the horn does not require imme-
diate replacement of the driving module (A2) or
horn. Only one warning message is generated.
On the other hand, warnings caused by peri-
pheral errors in the lifting module (A4) are critical
if for example the microswitches of the suction
beam lifting motor supply contradictory results.
The lifting module (A4) then blocks the suction
beam function and considerably impairs the cle-
aning process.
Structure of warning messages
Note
If a fault signal occurs, reset the key switch
(S0). Before the key switch (S0) is switched
back on, wait for approx 10 seconds in order
to empty the energy stores (capacitors) and
to ensure a correct system restart. If the
fault signal re-occurs, read off the error code
in accordance with the error group (Chapter
6.2.1 – Chapter 6.2.4) and carry out the
measures listed to remove the fault.

Warning code
Description of the warning classes
5yz
Hardware warnings, which expect the testing of peripheral errors first (E.g. checking possible interruptions in
performance). If the warnings continue we recommend replacing the corresponding modules.
y=0
Not used.
y=1
Load short circuit, which does not affect the quality of the machine’s operation (e.g
horn short circuit).
Warnings which display an impermissible operating mode due to peripheral errors.
y=1
y=0
Not used.
y=1
Not used.
y=2
Implausible operating mode (e.g. lifting motors runs in blockage, although it should
have switched off via a limit switch!)
y=3
Temporary voltage failure in load circuit.
999
A module returns an error/warning code not stored in the database of the head CPU. It might be useful to
update the head CPU firmware.
