10. For the vehicle with mechanical gear box
smoothly release the clutch panel.
11. Increase pressure in brake system circuits up to
norm (from 9,0 to 10,0 kgf/cm
2
), controlling pressure in
brake system circuits I and II by indicators located on in-
strument cluster.
At pressure in brake system circuits below the stand-
ard, pilot lamps are ON on the instrument panel
,
and intermittent audio signal sounds.
12. If coolant temperature 40 °С is reached, work
under load may be started.
If storage batteries are discharged (after pro-
longed parking of the vehicle, not disconnected consum-
ers), engine may be started from external power source
(see section
7 « Potential failures of vehicle units and sys-
tems. Self-help »).
Engine shutdown
1. Stop the vehicle.
2. Install neutral in the gear box.
3. Engage the parking brake.
4. At coolant high temperature or engine operation
under maximum load (for example when upgrading), be-
fore engine shut down let it work approximately for
3-5 min with minimum idle speed.
5. Rotate the instruments-and-starter switch key to
position «0».
6. Switch off vehicle storage batteries having
pressed the button of storage battery switch.
After storage battery switch depressing the off-
delay is foreseen for 5-6,5 sec.
It is necessary for bleeding of neutralizing fluid in-
jection system to avoid fluid crystallization in supply
ducts.
