4. VEHICLE OPERATION
VEHICLE KEYS
Keys are designed for cab door opening and for
instruments-and-starter switch. Keys have a special cod-
ing and are bound to a particular vehicle.
Key positions
0 - everything is «Off». With the key removed
from ignition switch the steering control is locked.
АСС
-
Steering control lock release/ engagement
of the radio receiver, fixed position. The audio system
and other auxiliary power consumers work with the key
in «АСС» position
ON -
Movement position, fuel supply to all vehi-
cle systems, fixed position.
START -
Start of engine, unfixed position.
Attention!
Take out the ignition key only after complete
stoppage of vehicle, as vehicle driving is impossible
without the key.
To prevent unauthorized persons’ access to the
vehicle, take out the ignition key even if you leave the ve-
hicle for a short time.
