Wheels mounting
Mount wheels in reverse order.
Prior to the disk wheels setting, clean the setting
surface on a hub and a wheel. Grease the setting diameter
on a hub, thread on wheel fastening bolts. Drip a drop of
oil between a nut and a lock washer.
The wheels fastening nuts should be evenly tight-
ened in two-three steps according to Fig. Sequence of
wheel nuts tightening. Tightening torque is 54-67 kgf·m.
After dismantling and reassembling the disk
wheels on a truck, check the tightening torque of nuts
after short travel (100-150 km). If necessary, tighten up
to the torque specified.

ASSEMBLY
Assemble and disassemble wheels in a special site
of enterprise equipped with required tools and applianc-
es.
When assembling and disassembling wheels field,
use special tire irons from kit of tools and accessories.
Attention!
Do not remove the faulty wheel from the hub un-
til air is evacuated from the tire.
Mount
or dismantle the wheels with the tires us-
ing the tire irons available in the driver's kit, do not use
the sledge hammers, crow-bars and similar heavy tools
capable of deforming the wheel parts.
Do not use the tires with the mounting flanges
scored or damaged, since these hinder the mounting.
Do not mount the tire on a rim which is of dif-
ferent size than the given tire.
