Thread take-up spring (purl stitch)
1) The thread take-up amount of thread take-up

s 8 to 10 mm, and the approprate
pressure at the start s approxmately 0.06 to
0.1N.

sprng, loosen screw

nto the slot of thread tenson post

sprng, nsert a thn screwdrver nto the slot of
thread tenson post

crease the pressure of the thread take-up sprng.
Turnng t counterclockwse wll decrease the
pressure.

Adjusting the thread take-up amount of the
thread take-up lever
The thread take-up amount of the thread take-up
lever should be adjusted n accordance wth the
thckness of the sewng products so as to obtan
well-tghtened sttches.
a. For heavy-weght materals, loosen setscrew

n thread gude

, and move the thread gude to
the left. The thread take-up amount of the thread
take-up lever wll be ncreased.
b. For lght-weght materals, move thread gude
1
to the rght. The thread take-up amount of the
thread take-up lever wll be reduced.
