7) Adjustng the ar blower for the needle bar
When dust collected on the needle bar area falls
and s caught n the seams, adjust the drecton
and strength of the ar blower. The ar blower
blows dust away and prevents dust from fallng
under needle. For the drecton of the ar blower,
correct the nstallaton of the ppe. Adjust the ar
blower so that ar blows as near as the machne
arm jaw area.
Press and turn the manual swtch of solenod
valve No. 7 to check the moton. Strength of the
ar blow s adjusted wth the speed controller.
When the manual swtch of solenod valve No.
7 s pressed and turned, the pusher s actuated
and smultaneously the needle bar ar blower s
actuated.
Return the manual swtch after the adjustment
snce the manual swtch s locked wth t pressed
and turned. Adjust the speed controller located
on the black ppe branched from the yellow ppe
connected from solenod valve No. 7.
Ar blow s actuated durng machne operaton
when contnuously performng sewng. Take care
not to excessvely ncrease the amount of ar to
be blown so that the sewng s not affected.
Standard adjustment value : 9.5 ± 0.5 mm
