Adjust the presser plate so that t clamps the mate-
ral and that the pressures of all sub-clamp catch
plates are equal.

the drecton of the arrow to ncrease the presser
plate pressure.
2) Once the presser plate pressure is fixed, tighten
the locknut and fix the adjusting screw.
They should come
in close contact.
Provde an equal lateral clearance between the preset board and the cloth plate. Provde a vertcal
clearance of 1
± 0.5
mm or less between the preset board and the cloth plate. The longtudnal clearance
between them should be 2
± 1
mm when the preset board s placed at the 21 mm poston.
For the heght of the clamp catch plate, a dstance of
0
0
– 0.5
mm shall be provded between the clamp catch
plate and the preset plate when they are flush with each other.
